Gentle Yoga & Meditation (Thursdays 10:45am)

Combining active and passive poses for optimal flexibility and deep restoration.

First 45 minutes: no standing here—we stay low to the ground for recovery and release.
Start with contract-release stretching to improve range of motion, joint stability, and muscle engagement.
End with yin-style stretches to elongate connective tissue and promote relaxation— here we integrate breath practices that aim to improve lung function while lowering stress levels.

🔹 Finish with 15-20 Minute Guided Meditation:

  • Deep Relaxation/Body Scan

  • Conscious Awareness of Breath

  • Cultivation of Present Moment Awareness
